English - french translation?

I'm trying to say "If we do this, we will live a long time".

My guess is "Si nous(/on?) faisons ca/ceci(?), nous vivrons pour..."

Possibly something like that?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!English - french translation?
Si on fait 莽a, on vivra 脿 longtemps!

I studied french for 13 years with excellent results.English - french translation?
In French, "if-clauses" are usually in the future as well.

Si nous ferons ceci, nous vivrons longtemps.

or

Si on fera ceci, on vivra longtemps.

Yours would be "if we are doing this..."English - french translation?
You would say "Si on fait ca, on vivra longtemps"

You could say "si nous faisons ca, on vivrons longtemps" but we don't use 'nous' that much in french when speaking about what 'we' would do. On utilise 'on' le plus souvent! We use 'on' most of the time.
