English - french translation ?

as part of a french talk which i have to do next week, i have to talk about the area where i stay. i want to talk about the national trust property nearby, so could i just say "c'est une propri茅t茅 du national trust"English - french translation ?
Sure! That sounds good... Since National Trust is a proper noun, you don't have to translate it... ; )English - french translation ?
it wouldn't be national trust,

it'd be "monument historique"English - french translation ?
