A little English to French Translation please?

I'm looking for someone who is French, preferably, to translate the following English to French:

Our world has seen an array of problems, but none have been as destructive or disastrous as the earthquake, subsequent tsunami and nuclear disaster to have hit Japan last week. I think this was one of the most telling events of our time, as it showed just how little man can do in the face of Mother Nature's fury. Entire towns and cities were reduced to rubble and cars were strewn about like they were mere toys. If you combine this with the ongoing increases in the numbers of people that were killed, it is easy to see why this is one of the biggest problems to face our world.

If you mean that the person should be studying for school, I would use the verb "茅tudier" (to study). I think in some countries they use "bosser" for "travailler" (to work), but it's not really understood everywhere.

So, I would say (and write):

"You should be studying!" = Tu es cens茅茅tudier!

Stop studying! = Arr锚te d'茅tudier!

If you use this, you won't have any problems.

Also 'ville natale' means your home town where you were born but perhaps not what you mean by town home. Do you mean town house? I saw a group of tourists wearing T shirts in France saying "Baise-moi! Je suis american!" which is fine because it technically means "Kiss me! I'm American!"

Unfortunately usually when the verb "baiser" is used, its slang definition, "to ****", is what's meant. But I wouldn't recommend using that in a skit.

Google will not tell you the spelling differences between male and female, if you daughter wants to say "I am happy", it will give her:

None of the above answers is right . After " si "we never use a future ( vivras ) as in English .

Those type of phrases is always said like this

" Apprends comme si tu devais vivre 茅ternellement " . ( Learn as if you were to live eternally ) .

"comme si tu devais + verb " is compulsory in this type of phrase and in this case a French would say " 茅ternellement " ( eternally ) rather than "pour toujours " ( forever ) because it sounds better .

The problem is it's a bit long for a tatoo .Maybe you can say " Learn for eternity " , " Apprends pour l'茅ternit茅 " . Anyway you know now and you can decide .
