I think it's wrong because it looks like an advice and in this case the verbs develop and learn must be in the imperative form . In English imperative is the same as infinitive so translators cannot see the difference .
Besides the end should be "on est jeune" and not "tu es jeune" in a French way of speaking .

I gave you the "tu" form and the "vous" form for the verbs because you don't give the context and without it we can't know which one is right . If you speak to a friend or a child use the "tu" form . If it's a general motto or slogan, or if you speak to someone who is not close to you, use the "vous" form .
